Heterosexual Jill is a satirical romantic comedy that follows Jill (Michelle Ehlen), a neurotic lesbian in recovery who joins an ex-gay support group called "Straight Path." Desperate to prove to herself and her group that she has successfully transitioned to heterosexuality, Jill decides to pursue a date with a handsome man, José (Geovanni Gopradi).

To test her progress before committing to a male partner, Jill devises a convoluted experiment: she tracks down her ex-girlfriend Jamie (Jaclyn Carmichael), a butch, body-conscious woman who is now working as a "lesbian escort." Jill hires Jamie to act as her ex-girlfriend in a series of controlled encounters, hoping to prove she no longer feels romantic or physical attraction to women. However, as Jamie plays along with the bizarre setup, old sparks rekindle, completely dismantling Jill's carefully constructed denial.
