Petula (Imogen Waterhouse) and Tilda (Sarah Hay) are two New York fashion artists turned drug dealers who lose thousands of dollars in inventory during a police raid. Facing immediate danger from their ruthless supplier, they need to acquire a large sum of cash fast.

They decide to rob their wealthy, mentally unstable childhood friend, Daphne (Madeline Brewer), who lives isolated in her grand, sprawling mansion. However, to access the safe holding Daphne's fortune, Petula and Tilda are forced to participate in Daphne's elaborate, childhood role-playing game: "Mother, Daughter, and Doctor." The game operates on three strict rules: 1) No Guests Allowed, 2) Everyone Must Play, and 3) No One Ever Leaves. As reality bends, violent games ensue, blurring the boundary between hallucination and deadly delusion.
