🎬 Black Bits is the paranoia of being trapped within a reality you can no longer trust. Dora (Jordan Alexandra) and Beth (Yvonne Mai) are not just skilled hackers and thieves—they are lovers on the run. After pulling off a high-stakes heist of cutting-edge "neurochips" from a mysterious company on the Dark Web, they retreat to a remote "safe house" in the mountains. However, they soon find that the silence of the forest is more threatening than the chaos of the city.
The atmosphere is cold, clinical, and increasingly surreal. As connections to the outside world vanish and a strange man named Hank (Sebastian Fabijański) appears, the couple’s bond is tested by a growing sense of displacement. The viewer feels a claustrophobic anxiety as the line between the digital and physical worlds begins to blur. It is a story about identity and control; it asks how much of our "self" is tied to the technology we use and what happens when that technology is turned against us. Emotionally, it is a tense, "survival-of-the-fittest" struggle where the characters must fight through layers of deception to save their lives—and their sanity.
